Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pricing

Service prices are based on the selected package and your vehicle’s condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other conditions requiring extra time and labor.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of all services unless otherwise agreed.

Vehicle Inspection

Vehicles are inspected before service begins. Existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or other defects will not be the responsibility of High Rockies Auto Detailing.

Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Service Results

We use professional products and proven techniques to achieve the best possible results. However, some stains, scratches, oxidation, or other existing damage may not be completely removable.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us before leaving so we can address them promptly.

Liability

High Rockies Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues unrelated to the services performed.
